I believe that we were all made for GREATNESS!  That we all want to know that we are valued and that our work and effort has meaning and makes a difference.

Greatness is intentional and comes by design.  It is a continuous cycle of planning, action, and evaluation that empowers us to attempt and enables us to adjust our plan depending on results.  Relationships have the superpower of accelerating progress and strengthening our resolve along the way.  

Business is similar in many ways.  Without a manageable plan and consistent, reliable information, business owners are left driving blind and making decisions based on necessity and emotion.  Instinct tells you that to get ahead you must increase sales so you can make more money.  Maybe that means hiring more employees but often times it means business owners becoming more involved in operations which takes away from their ability to manage the business.  Making a difference gets replaced with making it to tomorrow.  You were meant for more...you were meant for GREATNESS!
